The Humboldt Broncos are proud to announce the commitment of 2007-born forward Austin Polonoski for the 2025-26 season.
Polonoski, a 6’2 – 185lbs, Thunder Bay, ON native, is currently in his second year with Pilot Mound Academy’s U18 Prep Program where he has amassed an impressive 55 points (14g-41a) in just 34 games.
“Austin is a big power forward who can make a lot of plays. The SJHL is a very physical league, and Austin won’t back down from that style of play and he will also be able to chip in offensively instantly as a young player. We’re very excited he chose the Broncos to continue his hockey path,” said Head Coach and GM, Brayden Klimosko.
His 55 points leads the team while also being tied for first among all CSSHL U18 Prep programs in Western Canada.
The Humboldt Broncos and the City of Humboldt would like to welcome Austin and his family to the organization and community.
