Humboldt, SK. – Humboldt Broncos Assistant Coach, Brayden Klimosko, has accepted an Assistant Coaching position with the Drumheller Dragons of the Alberta Junior Hockey League (AJHL). Klimosko’s contract with the Broncos had expired at the end of the 2016/2017 season and had made the decision to pursue other opportunities.
“Brayden has been an integral part of the Humboldt Broncos for a number of year, both as a player and most recently as Assistant Coach and Assistant General Manager,” said President Jamie Brockman, “We are going to miss him but do wish him nothing but the best in Drumheller.”
Klimosko played 4 years with the Humboldt Broncos and being a part of the 2007/2008 RBC Cup Champions. As a player he was known for his work ethic and desire to succeed which were two traits that he brought to the coaching staff since 2013/2014.
“On behalf of myself, I want to wish Brayden nothing but the best of luck in his future endeavors. His professionalism and friendship will definitely be missed,” said Head Coach/ General Manager Darcy Haugan, “ He is a class act who worked tirelessly for this hockey team and I appreciatie all the work that he has done over the 4 years.”
