2021 Humboldt Broncos Lottery of Cash

Written by:  Maury Wrubleski

The Humboldt Lottery of Cash is back for 2021. While there may not be any hockey on the ice right now, the action is still hot with $100,000 up for grabs as the Grand Prize, along with a host of valuable subsidiary prizes.

The Early Bird Prize this year is $10,000 with the Early Bird purchase deadline of March 5 at 7:00 pm. That Early Bird Prize will be drawn the next day on March 6.

Other prizes include a draw for $5,000 cash, one for $2,500, two for $1,000, and five more for $500.

Tickets are one for $100 and five for $250,  making for a fifty percent off bonus for the five-pack. The draw date for the main prize and subsidiary prizes is April 1. The deadline to purchase main prize tickets is March 31 at 7:00 pm.

Humboldt Broncos Marketing Manager, Rory McGouran, has the details on how to get your tickets.

“The number to call is 1-833-733-2021 any time of day or night or people can stop by the Elgar Petersen Arena at the Broncos Office.  Hours are noon to 7:00 pm Monday to Friday, and noon to 4:00 pm on Saturday.”   Patrons are reminded that masks are required to enter the Uniplex.

The 50-50 Jackpot is back and better this year with a total amount that can reach up to $200,000 with a potential payout of $100,000 for the winner. The ticket prices are bundled for maximum savings. A single ticket goes for $25, 10 tickets for only $50, and 100 tickets for $100.

Deadlines and draw dates for the 50-50 prize are the same as the main prize draw.

Local residents will be receiving their Humboldt Broncos Lottery of Cash brochures in the mail with an order form and instructions for purchase by mail, with payment by cheque.

All the details are on HumboldtBroncos.com.

While it may be too soon for action on the ice, the pre-season promises to be a lucrative one for some lucky Humboldt Bronco fans with this year’s Lottery of Cash.
