06’ Defenseman Callum Desbrow commits to Broncos for 2024/25 Season.
The Humboldt Broncos are happy to announce that 2006-born defenseman, Callum Desbrow has committed to playing for the Humboldt Broncos for the 2024/25 SJHL season.
Desbrow is currently playing for the Calgary Buffaloes in Alberta’s U18 AAA system and is teammates with Keiran Keilly who the Broncos committed to early this week. The Buffaloes are the 1st place team in the league with a 25-7-2 record.
“Callum is a D that we identified early on and one we feel has a huge amount of upside. He skates well, has good size, and not afraid to engage physically. We are very excited about having two members now of the top U18 AAA Alberta based team coming to the Broncos for next season,” said Head Coach and GM Scott Barney.
Desbrow is playing his first full season of U18 AAA hockey. He has accumulated 14 points (3g-11a) in 33 games played with the Buffaloes this season.
Desbrow, from Calgary, AB, is a right shot defenseman listed at 6’3”, 190lbs.
