TRADE ALERT: Broncos Acquire Lowe

The Humboldt Broncos are excited to announce the acquisition of 19-year-old forward Christian Lowe from the Cranbrook Bucks in exchange for goaltender Michael Harroch.

Lowe, from Port Moody, B.C., will be coming to the Broncos after playing parts of two seasons in the BCHL where he put up two goals and five assists in nineteen BCHL games.

“It’s never easy making a trade and moving a great young man and goaltender in Michael Harroch, but adding a skilled forward with Junior A experience was a piece that was needed for our roster,” Broncos general manager and head coach Scott Barney said. “We are excited to add Christian and believe he will be a great addition as a leader on the ice and in our community. I’d like to thank Michael for all his dedication and hard work the past two seasons. Cranbrook is getting a goaltender that I have no doubt will make an impact on and off the ice.”

The Broncos would like to welcome Christian to Humboldt and wish Michael nothing but the best in Cranbrook.
