The Humboldt Broncos are proud to announce the commitment of 2007-born forward Kayson Christian for the 2025-26 season.
Christian, a Lethbridge, AB native, is currently in his third season with the Lethbridge Hurricanes U18 AAA program, where he is currently serving as the team’s captain while collecting 41 points (18g-23a) in 36 games.
“Already a proven leader, Kayson is a player we have very high expectations for. He has a built-in motor that never stops, very hard-working young player and an offensive ability that will only continue to grow as he ages. He’s got a 200ft game and is physically mature enough to play in our league right now,” said Head Coach and GM, Brayden Klimosko.
Christian, listed at 6’0 – 170lbs, has played 109 games of U18 AAA starting his rookie year as a 15-year-old. He was named the assistant captain last year and promoted to captain this season. His 41 points leads the team while also leading the team in goals and assists.
The Humboldt Broncos and the City of Humboldt would like to welcome Kayson and his family to the organization and community.
