Noah Asmundson commits to Broncos for 2023/24 Season

The Humboldt Broncos are happy to announce that Noah Asmundson (05) has committed to playing for
the Broncos for the 2023/24 SJHL season.
Asmundson, a 6’2 forward from White City, SK, was the Broncos’ 3rd round draft pick (30th overall) in the
2020 SJHL draft.
“Here’s another commitment that our organization is very excited for,” said Head Coach and GM, Scott
Barney. “Noah has worked extremely hard and battled through some adversity. He’s a player who thinks
the game at a high level, and he brings the offensive ability that we will be looking forward to seeing
next season. He’s not only a very talented hockey player, but comes with an extremely high character as
well”
Asmundson is having another strong season with the Regina Pat Canadians U18 AAA program, where
he’s collected 19 points (7g-12a) in 28 games played to go along with 60 PIMS.
Along with being drafted by the Broncos, Asmundson was also drafted by the WHL’s Brandon Wheat
Kings 189 th overall in 2020.
He was called up for one game with the Broncos this season in a 3-0 win over the Weyburn Red Wings
on December 17 th .
