The Humboldt Broncos are excited to announce the signing of Danny Cross for the 2026/27 SJHL season.
Cross is a 6’0”, 185 lb defenceman who brings a reliable two-way presence and strong puck-moving ability to the Broncos’ future blue line. A modern 200-foot defender, Cross combines offensive instincts with the ability to defend effectively in his own zone — a skillset that translates well to the Junior A level.
Known for his ability to contribute offensively from the back end, Cross currently sits 4th in Manitoba U18 AAA defenceman scoring, highlighting his ability to create plays, support the rush, and make an impact in all three zones.
Broncos Head Coach/GM Brayden Klimosko is excited about what Cross will add to the mix moving forward:
“Danny is a true 200-foot defenceman. He has great offensive instincts but can defend as well. We’re excited to add Danny to the mix.”
Cross becomes another important piece of Humboldt’s 2026/27 roster build, as the Broncos continue to recruit defencemen who can move pucks, make plays, and contribute at both ends of the ice.
Welcome to the Broncos family, Danny — we can’t wait to see you in green and gold!
