COMMITMENT: BRONCOS ADD SERRAO FOR THE 2022-23 SEASON

The Humboldt Broncos are happy to announce another commitment for the 2022/23 season.

2004-born defenceman, Tristan Serrao has announced his commitment to the Broncos to begin his Junior hockey career in the fall of 2022.

Serrao, a native of Calgary, AB, is a smooth skating D-man currently playing with the Calgary Northstars U18 AAA program. The 6’0 188lbs 17-year-old blueliner has played 29 games this year in his first full season of U18 hockey, accumulating 8 points (4g, 4a) in the process, along with 54 penalty minutes.

“Tristan is player we’ve kept on our radar for some time now. He plays the game with an edge, very mobile, defends beyond his age, and has the ability to create offensively with his high hockey IQ,” said Head Coach and GM, Scott Barney. We envision Tristan quickly becoming a player our fans in Humboldt will really enjoy watching”

Tristan joins a strong group of young players already committing to the Broncos for the 2022/23 season.

The Humboldt Broncos would like to welcome Tristan and his family to the organization and community.
