The Humboldt Broncos are pleased to announce the commitment of 2004-born forward Isaac Gordon for the 2022/23 SJHL season.
Gordon is currently a member of the Eastman Selects of the Manitoba U18 AAA Hockey League where he has compiled 52 points (32 goals, 20 assists) in 27 games so far this season. The Landmark, MB native is currently second in the league in goals, and fourth in the league in points.
“This is another signing that we are extremely excited for. Isaac has proved that he has elite offensive talent with nearly two points-per-game this year and among the league leaders in goals and points,” said Head Coach and GM Scott Barney. “He played his first year of U18 AAA hockey as a 15-year-old, and since then you can see his development continue to excel at a very high curve. Finally, in the talks we’ve had with him, he brings great character traits on and off the ice. We’re happy he chose the Broncos as his destination for Junior-A hockey and are looking forward to having him with the club.”
The Broncos would like to welcome Isaac and his family into the organization and community.
More commitments will be announced in the next coming weeks.
