The Humboldt Broncos are happy to announce the signing of 2002 born forward Jacob Boucher.
Boucher, a St. Albert, AB native, was originally acquired by the Broncos back in September 2021 in a
trade that sent Karter McNarland to the Surrey Eagles in exchange for Boucher and Alec Saretzky.
Boucher instead went back to the WHL where he split last season between the Edmonton Oil Kings and
Vancouver Giants picking up 25 points (11g-14a) in 43 games combined.
“We are very excited to have Jacob join the Broncos. His character, experience, and skill will be a
welcome addition to our dressing room and lineup. We’re expecting big things from him,” said Head
Coach and GM, Scott Barney.
Boucher has 64 career WHL games, splitting time between the Oil Kings, Giants, and Lethbridge
Hurricanes.
The Humboldt Broncos and the City of Humboldt would like to welcome Jacob and his family to the
organization and community.
