Broncos’ Rylan Hue Selected to Team Canada West for 2025 World Junior A Challenge

The Humboldt Broncos are proud to announce that forward Rylan Hue has been named to the roster for Team Canada West at the upcoming 2025 World Junior A Challenge, taking place December 7–13 in Trois-Rivières, Quebec.

Hue is one of only six SJHL players selected to represent Canada on the national stage — an outstanding achievement that highlights not only his talent, but also his work ethic, drive, and impact within the Broncos lineup.

Team Canada West will open the tournament on December 7 vs. Sweden, kicking off a week of elite international competition that brings together the top Junior A players from around the world. The World Junior A Challenge has a long history of showcasing future NHL talent, making Hue’s selection even more meaningful.

A Proud Moment for Broncos Nation

Hue has been a key contributor for the Broncos this season, bringing speed, creativity, and consistency to the forward group. His selection is a testament to the strides he has made both on and off the ice, and the organization couldn’t be more excited to see him wear the maple leaf.

“What a great opportunity for Rylan. He’s one of the hardest workers on and off the ice, and we’re extremely proud to see a Humboldt Bronco wear the Maple Leaf again this season.”
Head Coach, Brayden Klimosko
