Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League

Broncos expanding scouting staff

THE HUMBOLDT BRONCOS ARE SEEKING SCOUTS ACROSS SEVERAL REGIONS.

The Humboldt Broncos are expanding their scouting regions.

The team is looking for hockey talent minded individuals in Manitoba, British Columbia (BC), Eastern Canada and areas across the United States. Operations manager Chris Beaudry said the club needs to expand to improve their roster.

“We want more eyes in BC on the junior ‘B’ players, specifically the Kootenay International Junior Hockey League. In the other areas we need to get eyes on the talent for potential list and camp invites,” he said.

The jobs will entail scouts to seek players possessing the talent to play in the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League (SJHL) while shooting for an education. Beaudry said increasing the Broncos’ presence in these areas is great for the club and the league.

“Having quality people working for us to highlight our program all over North America will only not only strengthen our team but the league as well,” Beaudry said.

The club is looking for individuals that possess a strong hockey network at the grassroots level and are willing to promote the Broncos’ program.
