The Humboldt Broncos are excited to announce that forward Oliver Phillips has joined the organization.
Hailing from Ottawa, ON, the 2007-born forward brings both youth and tremendous upside to the Broncos’ lineup. Standing at 6’7″ (201 cm) and 225 lbs (102 kg), Phillips provides a rare physical presence up front. His size, reach, and frame give him an immediate advantage in puck battles, net-front play, and defensive positioning.
Phillips arrives as a skilled and dependable addition to the roster — a player known for his strong hockey IQ, steady compete level, and ability to contribute in key moments. His work ethic, puck sense, and versatility make him a natural fit within the Broncos’ forward group, and the coaching staff is eager to integrate him into the lineup.
“Oliver brings energy, smart puck decisions, and a reliable presence up front,” said Head Coach Brayden Klimosko. “He’s a player who does things the right way and will complement the way we want to play. We’re excited to add him to our group.”
Phillips has continued to develop as a two-way forward, showing the ability to create offence while also being responsible without the puck. His speed, size, and commitment to team structure will provide added depth as the Broncos move deeper into the season.
The organization is thrilled to welcome Oliver and his family to Humboldt and Bronco Nation.
Welcome to the green and gold, Oliver!
