Broncos Acquire Patrick Lanthier from CCHL

The Humboldt Broncos are pleased to announce the acquisition of 2003 born forward, Patrick Lanthier from the CCHL’s Rockland Nationals in exchange for future considerations.

Lanthier, a native of Vaudreuil-Dorian, QC will be competing in his 3rd season of junior-A hockey after spending the last two seasons split between Rockland and the Brockville Braves. In 2022/23, the veteran centreman picked up 36 points (15g,21a) in 55 games.

“Patrick is a natural centreman and we believe he can fill a big hole for us down the middle in his position. He has incredible vision with the puck with great speed as well. We feel he will be a threat in the SJHL on a nightly basis and a welcomed addition to our lineup and dressing room,” said Head Coach and GM, Scott Barney.

Lanthier bring leadership as well, as he was the assistant captain for his team this past season while showing an immense amount of discipline on the ice with only 14 penalty minutes in 108 career CCHL games.

The Humboldt Broncos and the City of Humboldt would like to welcome Patrick and his family to the organization and community.
