05’ Forward Marik Mamic commits to Broncos for 2023/24 Season

The Humboldt Broncos are happy to announce that forward Marik Mamic (05) has committed to playing for the Broncos for the 2023/24 SJHL season.

Mamic competed the majority of this past season with the Cariboo Cougars U18 AAA in BC, where he finished with 18 points (11g, 7a) in 28 games.

“Marik is a lead-by-example type of player with a top tier compete level on and off the ice. Those are the things that depict how we want our Broncos to play and conduct themselves. He’s already had a taste of BCHL hockey last season, so that will make his transition into the Broncos’ lineup very smooth,” said Head Coach and GM Scott Barney.

Mamic, a Quesnel, BC native is a natural centreman listed at 5’10, 180lbs. He made the jump to the BCHL this year where he played 8 games with the West Kelowna Warriors picking up 3 points.

The Humbodlt Broncos and the City of Humboldt would like to welcome Marik and his family to the organization and community.
